How we got here
We started because job sites in Great Falls needed someone who'd show up on time and actually answer the phone. Most portable toilet companies treat every call the same. We don't. A construction crew needs different service than a music festival, and a home renovation crew needs different service than either one. We've built our business on that simple idea: listen to what you need, deliver exactly that, and stick around to back it up.
A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons, stands about 92 inches tall and measures about 44 by 48 inches on the ground, so we know the real constraints of your site. We've placed units on sprawling construction zones, cramped residential lots, and everything between. We pump septic tanks, haul dumpsters and stage restroom trailers because the work all connects, sanitation, waste removal and site logistics are the same problem.
What we do for Great Falls
Great Falls Porta Pros rents portable toilet units that get serviced once per week at minimum, per ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 baseline intervals. We deliver roll-off dumpsters for construction debris and renovation waste. A roll-off truck needs about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the vehicle, so we scout your site carefully before we book the delivery.
We handle septic pumping for residential and commercial tanks. A typical residential septic tank gets pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on tank size and household size. We also pump grease interceptors, which reach the 25 percent liquid-depth threshold and need attention before they back up the kitchen line. For sites where workers are applying paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) requires washing facilities with soap and towels or a hand drying device per 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), and hand sanitizer alone does not satisfy the standard. We rent handwashing stations that meet that requirement.
Our temporary fence rental service helps control site access and keep pedestrians clear of hazards. We stock storage containers for tools, equipment and materials when on-site space runs short. Restroom trailers handle larger events and projects where a single portable unit won't cut it.

How to work with us
Call us with your project details: job type, site size, number of workers or attendees, and how long you'll need service. We'll confirm placement options and delivery logistics, then send a quote. Most rentals start the next business day. For construction site services, we coordinate with your schedule and OSHA requirements. For event restroom rental, we stage units the day before and clear them after. For septic work, we schedule the pump truck and handle the disposal.
Payment is straightforward. We accept all standard methods and invoice on rental completion. If something changes, your project gets extended, you need an extra unit, or you finish early, we adjust the bill without drama. That's how we work in Great Falls.
Do you service Black Eagle and the surrounding towns?
Yes. We regularly serve Black Eagle 3.9 miles northeast, Gibson Flats 5.4 miles southeast, and Malmstrom AFB 5.9 miles east. Farther out we cover Big Stone Colony 11.4 miles southeast and Sand Coulee 13.5 miles southeast.
What if I need an ADA accessible unit?
We stock ADA accessible portable toilets that meet ADA Standards section 213.2. When units are clustered, at least 5 percent, and never fewer than one, must be accessible. Accessible units have a 36 inch minimum clear width per ADA Standards section 403.5.1 and a 32 inch clear door opening per ADA Standards section 404.2.3. Call ahead so we know to include them.
How often do you service the units?
Standard units get serviced weekly. That's the baseline under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3. For porta-john rental on high-traffic construction sites or festival restroom rental, we can arrange more frequent service. Restroom trailers and deluxe units follow their own schedules. Tell us your volume and we'll set the interval that works.
Do you offer emergency service?
Yes. Call us if a tank backs up, a unit fails mid-project, or you need a sudden delivery. We keep emergency capacity for Great Falls and nearby areas. Response time depends on current deployments, so tell us when you call that it's urgent.
What's included in a rental?
Delivery, placement, the unit itself with a pumped tank, and regular service calls are all included in your rental rate. If you need late pickups, extra service calls beyond the weekly standard, or specialized cleaning, we quote those separately. We'll walk you through what's in your contract before you sign.
